We've identified the cause of the service interruption, initially reported in the UK, and are working towards a resolution.

This issue leads to sporadic unreachability of assets across all regions, impacting only a subset of vendors.

The affected vendors are

- CUPRA
- EASEE
- HYUNDAI
- KIA
- MINI
- PANASONIC
- VOLKSWAGEN

We are currently experiencing a service interruption affecting our UK customers, which may impact data freshness on some assets for some users. Our Connect team is aware of the issue and is actively working on a resolution.
