Update - We have observed an improvement in the fleet of connected Volvos on the platform. However, the progress is slow, and any users having issues with smart charging should be advised to make sure they have the latest firmware installed. Currently, we are seeing this problem affect around 25% of all connected Volvos.

Identified - Volvo has acknowledged the issue as a software bug that affects about half of its fleet. Affected vehicles fail to pause charging regardless of location settings in the Volvo app. The latest communication from Volvo promises a fix through an over-the-air update later this autumn.
The bug currently affects about 40% of Volvos.

Investigating - We are currently investigating. No vehicles will be left without a charge as a result of this.

Hyundai and its BLueLink app are experiencing connection issues with their cloud. This may cause vehicles to be inaccessible and smart charging to fail. We are monitoring the situation.

The service is working again but we are aware of situations where we may experience performance issues again. We will continue to monitor the service and work on improvements.

We are once again experiencing reduced performance and timeouts of our statistics endpoints. Currently we are seeing that roughly 30% of calls to statistics endpoints as failing.
We are working to improve this situation.

The incident is resolved. Querying inverter statistics is still limited to a one month timeframe -- we will address this soon.
May 27, 09:23 CEST
As we continue the work to resolve this incident we are seeing improved latency and fewer timeouts. We will keep monitoring and working on a resolution until the situation is back to normal.
May 26, 17:49 CEST
The workarounds implemented yesterday helped to some extent, but we still see latencies higher than usual and some timeouts on the statistics API. We continue debugging to resolve the cause of this incident.
In the meanwhile, queries for periods shorter than one month are more likely to succeed for all device types.
May 25, 12:52 CEST
A workaround has been implemented and we are monitoring its success. For now Solar Inverter statistics are limited to only being fetched with a timeframe of 1 month. Attempting to fetch statistics for a longer time period will not be possible.
May 24, 15:51 CEST
The statistics service is taking a long time to respond. This may cause requests to timeout. We are aware of the issue and are working on a fix.
